Are they true size 8.5? Do they run smaller or larger? Would they be too big for size 8 feet? Thank you

@ivainot15 Actually I wear a size 8 in casual shoes/ tennis shoes, so I would say they run a little narrow. So I actually sized up to the 8.5. I would definitely say they are ok for a size 8, and you'd also have room for a extra cushion insole. Hope that helps!
