NWT Modcloth ladybug skirt

Light blue with ladybugs and Flowers. It is a size 12 with no stretch and pockets. The material is light and perfect for summer. I’m re-poshing this skirt bec it’s too small for me. Measurements Waist is 15.5” Length is 26.5”
