Vintage Omega 14K white Gold with Sterling set stud in band watch 50s

Omega Swiss 1950s watch is 14k gold filled case, 0.5 inch square. Beveled Crystal with Sterling silver band with tiny diamond set in design each side. Silver band is stretch approx. 5 inches (2.5 diameter) Winds smoothly and keeps perfect time (must be wound daily). needs cleaning but i don't feel qualified
