From early 2000s Punk & Disorderly line. Punk, Vivienne Westwood style. Note "made in USA" tag, there's a lot of fake "vintage" floating around here and elsewhere. Rayon/poly, zero fading. Bustles at multiple points on front & back. Huge mermaid/fishtail hem sweep, about 50 inches across flat. About 70 inches long un-bustled. Short queens are gonna want to wear platform boots with this one, it WILL drag on the ground if you let it. The straps were made from a glazed cotton rather than pleather- they have aged gracefully and will never crack, peel or disintegrate (see condition of straps in tag photo).
