Brand new, never used Bought November 15, 2024 as a Christmas present to my niece who didn’t want it. Tried to return 1-3-25. Parker Thatch would not accept my return stating it " was purchased before our holiday return policy dates.” Discolored near stitching. PT informed me "this is normal as the hair is thinner around the edges where it is cut.” Would keep but I recently bout two PT bags for myself. Really cute bag.
