This is a Talbots Petites Striped Nautical Dress that is a size XL Petite. It is 100% Cotton. The material tag is missing. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-21.5" and the length is 35". It has 3/4 sleeves. In good condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
