NWT Black Hooded Velvet Cloak Cape One Size Upcycled This is a new with Tags Velvet cloak that I upcycled into a cape. I have hand Sewn on a frog closure for better wear. I have left the velcro fastener and original tags on this piece. I thought I'd have somewhere nice to wear it but it's been a no ... go. Passing this along. Please see all the photos.
