My kids were excited as I was too but when she opened it my heart dropped, it wasn’t the secret crybaby item, it was the duck. Was there any mistake. I want a refund. jcparadise @rheanazareno hi! This was shipped direct to me from popmart and I asked if u wanted me to open before hand to check and you wanted me to keep it sealed. I kept the original box from popmart too with the tracking number 592441/4PX3001576883742CN so ur saying popmart didn’t send the secret but my pop now says it was ?

But you can verify the tracking I sent above with the box you received. I also have email confirmation with the tracking. I’m not sure if popmart will refund me
