Excellent condition Navy waterproof parka has a detachable hood and stays snug up to -18°C/0°F. Two front snap button pockets to keep gloves handy. Zipper and snap button closure. Back vent. Ribbed cuffs to keep the wind out. Beautiful and joyful fleece rainbow lining. Detachable fur on hood. The back is slightly longer in back. Cost is long enough to cover the bum keeping child warm.
