Tibi blue print silk skirt size 8

Tibi size 8 blue print silk skirt with ruffle detail in back. The back seams were a little stretched so I had a tailor add blue grosgrain ribbon for reinforcement. Tibi runs small, please measure against a skirt you already own for sizing. Waist: 29 inches Hip: 38 inches
