1940s VINTAGE Chinese Lantern Necklace

Such a sweet piece— a pearlescent coral-coloured lantern pendant is centred on a uniquely articulated bras chain. Some wear consistent with an 80 year old necklace. From the pendant to the chain, I’ve never seen anything quite like this one. PLEASE NOTE that the length is 14”— shorter than average modern western pendants and would be for smaller sizes or to be worn as a choker—but the chain can take it.
