Soft surroundings velvet burnout tunic

This absolutely gorgeous soft Surroundings tunic is a size medium. Three-quarter length, slightly puff sleeves, and 33 inches in length from shoulder. The burnout velvet is 76% rayon/24% silk and the underlying lining is 100% polyester. Lovely satin finishlined the collar line and in perfect condition. This tunic could be a dress on a shorter person and it is lovely.
