Beautiful navy color, bias cut floor length dress that is so flattering. The top has a high neck button up situation with a few ruffles. Super elegant and perfect for a wedding or special occasion! Unsure what the exact designer is because I cant read the script on the label, but retailed for $610. US size 8 but fits like a 6.
