Handpainted Italian Pottery Dish

This dish is in excellent pre-owned condition. There are no chips or cracks. I do believe though, that the holes in the sides are for a rattan handle. I believe the dish at one time had handles. Regardless, handles or no, this is a beautiful piece. The design is really pretty and quite different from what is normally seen in Italian pottery. Also, the finish is textured. It is approximately 8 1/2” across.
