Vintage 90s All That Jazz Rayon Sunflower Maxi Dress 9/10 (Small/Medium)

Pulls over the head. No holes, stains, or rips. One notable flaw - the back of the dress originally had a string to pull it tighter, which is no longer there (see pics). Doesn't affect overall wear, but I'm pricing it accordingly.
