These unbranded flats have never been worn, but I did try them on. Even though these are labeled size 38 (seven and a half, American), they feel tight enough to be size seven. The fabric color of these flats is black, and have black insoles and soles. Surrounding the upper parts of these flats, there are rainbow holographic sequins that refect different colors in the light, such as orange, blue, green, and yellow. I recommend these flats to be worn during various holidays, to dressy events such as homecoming or prom, weddings, or any other event where you want to add a little pizzazz to your outfit without wearing heels!
