There Is A Bungee Tightener Inside To Tighten Around The Waist. There Are 5 Zipped Compartments. 2 On The Front Chest Height, 2 On The Front Towards The Lower Part (With Two Hand Pockets Behind The Two Lower Zipped Compartments), And One Just Inside The Closure Zipper. There Is An Inside Chest Pocket With Velcro Closure. The Sleeves Have Rubbed Cuffs As Well A Way To Tighten The Cuffs That Velcro Shut. See Pics.
