Adrianna Papell 3/4 Sleeve Blouse Ruffle at Neck Medium

This pretty blouse, sized at Medium, has a comfortable drape (please see photos). It has a small ruffle at front of collar that is elastic, and elastic at sleeve cuffs that look to be 3/4 sleeve. Has buttons at collar. Poly/Elastane blend, it's machine wash on cold with tumble dry on low. Now, the tricky part: It is slightly off white and black, or slightly off white and navy? I have no idea. One minute, I'm sure it's navy, then I'll hold it up next to something black, and oh yea. That's black. Bust is approx 21" across at underarms, and length at about 24" Sleeves are about 20" down outside of sleeve from shoulder seam to elastic cuff edge Nope. Now it looks navy. Anyway, thanks.
