Karen Cane ruffle sleeve blouse

This Karen Cane top is a size medium. Solid black with an adorable ruffle going down each sleeve. Scooped neck line with tie front and approximately 20 inches at the shortest point and 22 1/2 inches at the longest point in the back… Shorter on the sides. This is not a petite but it seems like a petite to me. It’s way too short on me. I’m five 7 1/2. A gauze-like finish in this 100% rayon top and maybe worn once but like new perfect condition.
