shandwerker1 @helensweeps hi! Good evening. I just measured. Sitting as is, the measurement is 13” however it will stretch to 18”. I just tried it on using one arm. If you leave it zipped and slip it on one side, you should be able to get it over your head and in place, no problem. Let me know ow if you have any other questions! 🥰
