There is a hooped petticoat under dress, unfortunately the hoops did not compliment this dresss due o size of hoops, thereforee dress looks lopsided and underskirt did not lie flat. ***ALL WEDDING DRESSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
