geniedial It is showing me a special of $4.99 for shipping. But it is not reflected in my offer. Is it showing $4.99 on your side?

mariagiczewski @geniedial I know that when I dropped the price, it said that there was reduced shipping for six hours after the offer was made. I’m not sure if it canceled out because you offered something lower than what I just lowered the price too. I’m unfamiliar on how that works. I don’t see the reduced shippingon my end with my counter offer. Maybe we should try to cancel the whole thing by you declining and try it again? Like I said, I’m unfamiliar with how that might work. I do apologize for that.
