newenglandone @casmith71 The head is attached. It seems somewhat loose. I also tried to see if the head could be taken out to see inside but figured I’d better not try any further because I didn’t want to break anything. I’m not going to kid you I’m just not to sure about the true condition of the doll. My Mom was a collector of glass and some dolls years back and when going through things I found this doll. Hope this helps. Thanks.
