Vintage gold plated filigree ring - flowers on branches

One of a kind vintage ring. Likely from the 1950th or earlier. Gold plated. The oval stone has a moonstone - like glow, possibly art glass. In like new condition. Unique design that looks like blooming flowers on branches. Measures as size 5, but due to being wide on the front area, may fit more like 4.75.
