Vintage 90’s My Michelle White 100% Thicker Cotton Maxi Prairie Pleated Basque Waist Dress Size 16. Shoulder pads. Last photo shows pleats that need to be ironed down. Love this dress! Does have some rough stitching by arms and under arms, light staining at the end of arm sleeves. I have not attempted to remove the stain. Someone wore and loved this dress but kept it nice and pretty white and crisp. Measurements flat: Length 46 inches. Shoulder to shoulder 16.5 inches. Armpit to armpit 23 inches. Waist 20 inches.
