Assuming this is handmade from the inner lining with cheerful cotton print to choice of woven red fabric backing, and handstitching around beaded plaque. Also the handles appear to be deerskin strips. But never mind, as the most important part of this unique bag is the beadwork and design. Nothing else really matters. 10.5x12. Open top. Fabric lining has some stains but I'd be reluctant to wash this piece!
