Has belt loops. Regrettably, the belt is missing. Darted. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. Sheer. The dress shows signs of normal wear and has stain on the the collar. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 18 inches, the waist is 16 1/2 inches, the hips are 27 inches, and from back of the neck to bottom of the dress is 38 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
