Reposhing this item I purchased from @adpadpadp. Some light staining has been found under arm area and on blouse. Slate blue with a beautiful orange gold stitching detail. One missing button. Price due to flaws. Tag has name Isaac on it where the material tag should be. My guess is, possibly used for runway or wardrobe for a film set? 🤷‍♀️
