The leather is fabulous. It has been cleaned and conditioned. There are some pen marks on the inside. The bronze has been cleaned with Brasso. So beautiful and shiny! Looks like gold! The main imperfections of this bag are: *has a vintage leather smell. Not musty or moldy (bag was pre-treated for mold with white distilled vinegar and sunlight). *one of the snaps at the end of the zipper is missing. This does not affect the functionality of the zipper at all. ☆some pen marks on the inside Overall, I would say that this bag is amazing, portraying the high-quality craftsmanship of a past era.
