The Brain Dead x Converse Chuck 70 High ‘Black’ delivers the LA-based collective’s take on the iconic silhouette. Black canvas is utilized on the upper, featuring contrast white stitching and Brain Dead’s logo on the lateral ankle. Standard Chuck 70 details remain intact, including chrome eyelets, a rubber toe cap and a circular All Star patch on the medial side. The high-top sits on a off-white platform midsole that’s spliced, segmented and misaligned, complete with a split Converse license plate at the heel. These shoes were not my personal shoes and are basically in New-Without Box Condition. At most, someone may have tried these on, but there is no wear on the insoles or outsoles.
