They don’t appear to be ink but almost as if they are leather spots in the red dye. I didn’t attempt to remove bc they aren’t noticeable and I wasn’t about to ruin the integrity of this beautiful bag Lots of room for a phone lipstick and small wallet. Perfect for a go-out bag!!!
