Black velvet tutu

Black and white ballet tutu. Bodice is black velvet with white piping. Straps are the same soft black velvet. Tutu is 2 layers of white tulle with 3 rows of black lace. Tulip style in the back with black satin bow. Brief under the tutu is white. Looks beautiful on stage! Custom made, based on size 12-13 in girls.
