Vintage J. Crew Rhinestone Blue Fan Scallop Chunky Statement Gold tone 19" Bib Necklace Beautiful vintage necklace from J. Crew. From the early 2000s so I would call it Y2K fashion. Fashioned on a chunky matte gold tone chain with blue rhinestone fans decorated with small rhinestone flowers centered around round pink cabochons. This is in very good pre-owned condition. There are three small rhinestones missing from one of the flowers. Not very noticeable but definitely worth noting.
