Hi. It’s Debbie from your share show today. I did not bid on the ring that lady had listed. She is refusing to cancel the order. I contacted Poshmark support, but don’t know what else to do. I wasn’t even near my phone to swipe and bid. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thx

That is absolutely horrible customer service maybe she is sleeping or did she say I in no uncertain terms that she is NOT CANCELLING . That’s case please give me her her Poshmark name and your order number and I will reach out to Poshmark Support on your behalf

@ruxygabriela Yes. I’m so upset. Her friend is saying because she’s new it would look bad to cancel. There is some glitch in Poshmark. I only went to check my phone as I saw something sold. I wasn’t even at my phone to touch or swipe

@debber46 absolutely not I’m gonna get your money back. Making a promise in front of 20 something people and not honouring it. That’s what screws up your push mark score not forgiving someone an honest mistake. It was my show and I know exactly what happened and I’ll explain to them. I just need your PO number and her name and I’ll take care of it.

@ruxygabriela Thank you. I just checked and it got canceled. I sent 2 messages to Poshmark Support 2 ways. Do you have any idea how a bid can be made without my being near my phone to swipe? It’s scary as this has happened to me twice and I’ve heard of others having this problem. Bye the way, I loved your show and hope to be more of a participant next time.

@debber46 no honey this things happen it’s up to the seller to understand and make it right and I don’t like the fact that she said no, and her friend advised her not to do it. That is ridiculous on the highest level, but I’m glad that Poshmark saw through all that and return your money rightfully so. Because I was ready to scrap and make things right for you. Let me know if anything like that or any problems arise again.

As for the bid once wash, mark changed it to a slide it depends how sensitive your phone is sometimes just having your finger near it. It will put the bed through. I think I will maybe contact them and let them know that that the old way was probably better, but I’m glad everything worked out for you cause I was completely ready to tell that woman, what’s what and school her in the way of Poshmark in fact, if I had her name, I would probably send her a reminder email how to behave towards buyers
