Has drawstring at the bottom because who wants snow flying up their back? Adjustable cuffs to keep out the snow and cold. It even has a clip inside one of the front pockets for keys. 44” chest, 26” long from shoulder to hem, 24” sleeves from shoulder to cuffs.
