Women's Gorgeous Blouse

women's Paris collared button down stripe long sleeve blouse. This has a tiny spot on the sleeve. hence low offer. I took pictures of the collar just to make sure no makeup stains. I don't see any but I'm a little colored blind too. I own a consignment shop so I sell for alot of consignors. please ask questions if needed.
