RARE Vintage The Gilberts for Tally Blazer

I believe this is 1960s, no material or care label. Black velvet, lined blazer with ruffle bow. Snap closures. Shoulders are lightly padded. No damage. It appears that the velvet has come off a bit on one of the sleeves, but it’s only noticeable in a certain light. (Hard to tell, but see last picture.) Size 14. Excellent vintage condition. Rare find. Will consider reasonable offers! Measurements are approximate. Done laying flat: 19” bust 17” waist 16” shoulder 24.5” sleeve length 24.5” length
