Well this has been fun!! Ordered a Lv bag @ $1200 +....was beyond excited for my bag...package came, opened it and speechless..nothing inside but what I think is original LV box but no bag 🙈🙈🙈 Poshmark has let me down 😭 The package itself was in perfect condition..no question..but when opened...no bag just empty box with a keychain..which seller said was a gift.....this sucks!!!!

marlofazio @jreneeh1986 Thank you Jill ❤️ It's a closed case, there was no damage to the box, they could open an investigation & have a US Postal Inspector come to our house but it just feels gross, my husband unfortunately has always not liked me doing Poshmark..so he'd really be irritated 🙈 Poshmark has always been such a great platform for me to buy & sell, so this just makes me sick to my stomach 😭 Been going back-and-forth on shutting down my closet 🥺

thepicaroon Oh my goodness Marlo. You should make a you tube video and or tic tok about this experience. I also had an awful experience with a vintage Pendleton blanket at posh authenticate. It was from the 90’s limited edition, new with original box, tags and documentation. I sold it for $700. Poshmark authentication threw away its box and paperwork. My buyer was devastated. All they offered was a $70 credit! I won’t sell anything over $500 on the app again.

thepicaroon Additionally I will say that the post office weighs the item when they receive it. So they should have record of the weight of the box being too light for it to be your order.

thepicaroon @marlofazio I would feel the same way. It is a really big deal! Not to even conduct a proper investigation is such a slap in the face. You would think they would take your account into consideration. You buy and sell so many beautiful and expensive items. It is a great betrayal and injustice. I hope there is some kind of happy ending or justice at the end. I’m sorry you have to have this kind of sadness and fight for something that was supposed to bring you joy and instead it is the opposite.
