This is a really nice top by Picadilly in a tropical floral design. The back is lace at the shoulder and this is very flattering on. The color is black and green and white with the cold shoulder look. 6% spandex gives this a stretch. Measurements are lying flat is 20.5 in pit to pit and 25.5 in the front and slightly longer in back. **Note a small pen mark, pinpoint shown in pics not really seen when wearing unless you are inches from the spot but wanted to mention it.
