Montclair Fashions brand. Beige background with brightly colored blue, pink, white and brown flowers. Zipper closure in the back with clasps at the back of the neck. Large pussybow/ascot tie/lavallière at the neck. It would look amazing with a pencil skirt at the office. It is in excellent condition with no flaws. Measurements will be posted soon.
