@sophiemarwa it was taken out to take photos.. it’s clearly unused and has the protective film on the top, as someone who purchased these directly from hourglass they never came with a film on the inside mirror which I found odd but it was how it came from the manufacturer, they never come with a plastic piece inside the palette either just the protective adhesive films that you remove physically yourself, hope this helps

@sonz604 Thank you for the explanation. Yes The protective plastic is still intact and I haent removed since then. It was opened for me to take a photos of this item. As you have clearly seen no dent or scratches were seen on the product itself. As someone who had bought some used hourglass palette here before I can tell if someone had used it or not. This has not been used at all and still on the protective package remained closed after I had opened it. I hope this helps! Thank you
