Black Velvet Lightly Padded Hairband with Black and White Polka Dot Scrunchie

Beautiful black velvet lightly padded hairband. This hairband is in good condition apart from the inside lining coming unglued in places (see photos). This is not visible when the hairband is being worn. The hairband measures 1.5 inches at the widest point and the padding is about 1/2 an inch high.
