Blue Floral Avenue Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mjost. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I only wore this one time after I bought it. Like new women’s Avenue blouse tag states size 22/24 but fits more like an 18/20, previous owner stated it was new. It measures 24 inches across from armpit to armpit and from top of shoulder to bottom of hem It measures 28 inches. Any questions, please feel free to message me.
