It has an adjustable crossbody strap The exterior back has a zipper and the interior has a blue lining with some organizing pockets inside. This bag is in great condition with some wear but nothing serious. Please see photos. The leather is naturally distressed and hides flaws well.. The only issue is a pen mark that you can see in the last photo. This bag measures 10 inches tall, 10 inches long and 2 inches deep.
