Vintage Signed R Saimon Europe Paris Street Painting Fall Rain Scene Framed Art

Ships just over 3lbs, 5lb limit on bundles. This is a beautiful vintage painting by R. Saimon. Based on a little research I believe this is Paris. It has a European vibe. It looks like fall time and just after it rained. The wood frame has signs of patina and wear with gold paint and a black velvet matte with a trim of brown wood, it’s not perfect. Overall it’s a beautiful piece. Please note I do not know the true history of this painting or the medium used. I only list art based on if it sparks joy or not.
