diamondlove455 Hello, I was supposed to have received this order Friday. I took off of work for two days and I still have not received my package. Can you please find out what is going on or refund me my money thank you.

shophom @diamondlove455 hi there, your item was shipped on the 29th. If you go to the tab where your purchases are you will see that you were issued a USPS tracking number. They notified us that there would be a delay because of bad weather. If you check your tracking information, it currently says that it is out for delivery.

shophom @diamondlove455 also this is your tracking number in case you can’t find it 9405511208104436341852, it says it is out for delivery, if you do not receive your package today, you should open a case with Poshmark because the person at fault is USPS. Poshmark has good customer service so they will resolve it.

shophom @diamondlove455 and don’t worry, I have not been paid. Your funds are still with Poshmark. Poshmark only releases the funds when your item is delivered, based off the tracking information. That’s why if you don’t receive it today, you can open a case. hopefully you receive it and you love it!

shophom @diamondlove455 @diamondlove455 Oh no! I’ve never experienced this before , sorry you’re having troubles. 😞. It says it was delivered to front desk/reception/mail room. I think you should do two things: 1) Open a case with Poshmark (under your purchased items you’ll see the item and have options to list your issue and 2) I would contact USPS with the tracking information and inquire where the package is if you don’t see it in the front desk/reception/mail room.
