New, La Tour Eiffel brand, small shoulder bag. Faux leather material in brown with monogram. Has a tan handle. Never used it, but it’s at least 10 years old so some discoloration on the bottom and on the handle, I believe just from age. Small/medium size, see the measurements. Comes with dust bag.
