@tracyo55 hi! It’s in excellent used condition. All imperfections are pictured. I did not use it daily, it was used maybe a dozen times a year, mainly on vacation or if I went to a random event (like the kids book fair or a book signing or a moms night out) and didn’t want to lug my every day bag. There is honestly nothing wrong with it, I just don’t use it much and have other bags I use more.
