There is a snap at the neck and a hook and eye closure at the waist. It is very narrow through the hips - I had to tighten my adjustable dress form alllll the way to get it to button. But very, very cute. Chocolate brown with cream/tan polka dots. Buttons all the way down. Tie at neck. Enjoy!
