NWT Universal Threads long sleeve balloon sleeve dress missing tie size large

Selling two of these dresses. Size large is new with tags. Size medium is new, washed once with unscented detergent, but it was too slim in the hips. I usually fit into a large but the large was too loose and the medium was just a tad too small. Pit to pit approximately 23 inches for size large. Medium is 22 inches pit to pit. The large is missing tie at waist. The medium has the waist tie. Universal threads balloon sleeve button-down lined cotton, black dress size large. Please note these fit loose. In perfect condition.
